We're looking for an efficient Management Assistant to assist our management team with all aspects of work, from planning and scheduling daily call lists to tracking and organizing daily sales records. Management Assistant responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day operations and data entry, Excel knowledge and skills is a strong must have.. You’ll be responsible for reports and making sure our management team has all the necessary information to make informed decisions. We expect you to be well organized, detail oriented and have great communication skills. As a Management Assistant, you’ll manage the smooth flow of information between employees in order to keep us organized. You will be performing a variety of administrative tasks so proficiency in Microsoft Excel, spread sheets and data entry is necessary. Ultimately, you should prepare administrative reports based on recent data for managers to make informed business decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
