We actively pursue complex and challenging projects that require in-depth written proposals and design-build presentations. Such pursuits require an accurate attention to detail and an industry leading format, display and presentation.

An IT background would be ideally suited for this role.

Reporting to both the Director of Operations and Director of Estimating, you will support both our pre-construction and operations departments. Your primary roles and responsibilities will include:

- Proposal writing, formatting and assembly of RFP and Design-build submissions
- Development of marketing materials and brand expansion
- Social media content management
- Website content management
- Other related duties in support of marketing and operations

An understanding of the construction business will be required for this role.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
