**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Oversee the order picking process to ensure efficiency and accuracy in packaging.
- Utilize SAP and warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage shipping logistics.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline shipping processes and resolve any issues that arise.
- Train and mentor shipping staff on best practices in customer service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
- Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers regarding shipping status and inquiries.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a shipping or warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of order picking processes and warehouse management systems.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Outlook is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse teams and customers.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with packaging requirements and regulations is advantageous.
