Automotive Service Advisor

Surrey, Canada OK TIRE & AUTO SERVICE Full time

Experienced service advisor required. This is a junior role to get the team to the next level. You must be a self starter, highly motivated and knowledgeable in automotive services. Seeking a professional, organized individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail. The successful applicant should have worked in a similar role previously and have the ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and proactively manage job duties and have a proven record of meeting deadlines and commitments.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing written estimates that describe symptoms, problems, and causes;
- Obtaining customer approval of estimates which then get turned into service orders and entering relevant data into service database system;
- Turning service orders into invoices upon completion of agreed scope of work;
- Processing payments and following up on customers.

Prior experience in a service department role or in a related field would be considered a strong asset.

**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
