Vancouver Auto Haus - a trusted **NAPA AutoCare facility** in South Surrey / White Rock - is growing We’re looking for a **full-time Service Advisor** who is ready to take the next step in their automotive career.

**Position Details**
- **Full-time | 40 hours/week**:

- **Hourly base pay** + **commission on closed jobs**:

- Paid Biweekly

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Answering inbound leads via **phone, Instagram, and Google**:

- Writing clear, professional **repair estimates**:

- Communicating with customers on service recommendations
- **Closing repair orders** and coordinating with technicians
- Working both **independently** and as part of a small, high-performing team
- Managing workflow, customer expectations, and timely follow-ups

**You’re a Good Fit If You Have**:

- Automotive service or sales experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and think on your feet
- Comfortable using basic shop software & social media messaging
- A customer-first mindset and a desire to grow with a growing company

Pay: From $20.10 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
