**Who We’re Looking For**:
✔ Passionate about **cars and customer service**
✔ 1+ years experience as an automotive service advisor or related role

✔ Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, DMS system experience (e.g. PBS, CDK, Keyloop Serti or any similar DMS)

✔Strong communication, Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

✔ Motivated to **grow in a fast-paced environment**

**Schedule**: Full-Time

**Compensation**: $60,000-$120,000/ annual

**What your day will look like**:

- Customer Service: Provide top-notch service by listening to customer concerns and understanding their needs
- Inspections and Quotes: Perform thorough multi-point inspections and compile accurate quotes using MPI Software
- Warranty and Contracts: Verify warranty coverage and explain coverage and exclusions to customers.
- Communication and Follow-Up: Maintain effective communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on their vehicle's status.
- Maintenance Recommendations: Use your expertise to recommend necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer descriptions and service history.#INDLOW
