**The Role**
As a **Sales Development Representative (SDR)**, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role is essential to our growth — you’ll introduce our products/services, answer questions, and spark interest that leads to long-lasting customer relationships.
**What You’ll Do**
- Engage leads in compelling conversations to understand their needs
- Introduce and explain our offerings in a friendly and helpful manner
- Set appointments or hand off qualified leads to the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using our CRM
- Meet and exceed outreach and conversion goals
**What We’re Looking For**
- A clear, confident, and enthusiastic communicaton
- Comfortable with phone-based work and digital tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (a plus, not required)
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Pay: $33,280.00-$37,440.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
