**Donor Stewardship & Community Events Coordinator**:
The Donor Stewardship & Community Events Coordinator plays a vital role in strengthening relationships with donors and supporters of the Cancer Foundation of Saskatchewan, while supporting community events in southern Saskatchewan. This position ensures that donors and volunteers are meaningfully engaged, recognized, and informed about the impact of their contributions.

This position is based in Regina and responsible for third-party events in southern Saskatchewan. You will work in partnership with the Manager of Events in Saskatoon, to ensure consistency in delivery across the province.

We are a small but mighty team, looking for someone who is mission-driven, and eager to make a difference for people going through one of the most difficult journeys of their life. You will be an enthusiastic team player, creative, organized and proficient at multi-tasking. As the primary contact for 40+ community fundraisers annually, we are seeking a person who demonstrates excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Donor Stewardship**:
Develop and implement donor stewardship strategies to enhance engagement and retention.

Maintain accurate donor records, track interactions, and oversee acknowledgment processes.

Prepare and distribute personalized thank-you letters, impact reports, and donor communications.

Coordinate donor recognition activities, including appreciation events, milestone acknowledgments, and public recognition opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to highlight donor stories and showcase impact through newsletters, social media, and website content.

Respond to donor inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

**Community Events Coordination**:
Support and nurture volunteers who organize community fundraising events that align with our Foundation's mission.

Ensure proper use of the Foundation's logo and messaging at all times, providing communications as needed.

Provide proper admin forms such as pledge forms, registrations, waivers, etc. as required by the organizers and support their access to online tools.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including raffle and gaming license policies when applicable and CRA receipting guidelines.

**Collaboration and Administration**:
Work closely with the fundraising and communications teams to align stewardship and event strategies.

Maintain donor and event databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations for leadership.

Support general fundraising initiatives and special projects as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Post-secondary education in fundraising, communications, event management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or event coordination.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience with donor management systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, or equivalent).

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
