Partnerships & Fundraising Manager The Partnerships & Fundraising Manager drives fundraising growth, sponsorship sales, and donor engagement across Saskatchewan. This role builds strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners while developing new revenue streams, securing financial and in‑kind contributions, and managing a partnership pipeline. Reporting to the CEO, the Manager oversees donor data (Raisers Edge), leads fundraising events and campaigns, and collaborates across departments to align strategies with Habitats mission. Occasional travel is required. Mindset Mission-driven, collaborative, strategic, accountable, adaptable, culturally competent, and committed to confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Implement strategies to acquire, retain, and grow donor and sponsor support. Lead stewardship and manage major donor and corporate relationships. Create proposals, sponsorship packages, agreements, and impact reports. Plan and execute fundraising events and donor engagement activities. Secure in‑kind donations, coordinate logistics with ReStores, and develop long‑term supplier partnerships. Align fundraising with construction, marketing, and homeowner programs. Support campaign development and identify cross‑promotional opportunities. Build community relationships through outreach, presentations, and networking. Set goals, manage budgets, track pipelines, and prepare revenue reports. Apply best practices and support staff/volunteers involved in fundraising. Toolset Raisers Edge, project management tools, Microsoft Office, and event platforms. Education & Experience Bachelors degree (or equivalent) plus five years in fundraising, donor relations, or partnerships, with proven success meeting revenue goals, managing pipelines, securing contributions, and maintaining donor databases. #J-18808-Ljbffr
