Landscaping Crew Leader - Full Time

**Location**: Milton, ON
**Pay**: Competitive (based on proven experience)
**Schedule**: Monday - Saturday, full time

Job Overview

As Crew Leader, you’ll take charge of daily operations on job sites, leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality work while maintaining safety, efficiency, and a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the landscaping crew.
- Lead by example in performing tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups.
- Train and mentor new crew members on landscaping techniques and safety practices.
- Monitor job quality, workflow, and productivity to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, enforcing all safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure expectations are exceeded.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven, professional landscaping or lawn care experience.
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team with respect and professionalism.
- Physically capable of outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to Milton is required.

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
