**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Store Manager for our Victoria location.

**Qualifications**:
**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DODD’s MANAGEMENT TEAM PLAYER**
- Passionately create the “Dodd’s Experience” with each customer and team player.
- Previous store management experience preferred
- Ability to coordinate and organize with executive team any and/or all daily initiatives
- Respect and demonstrate company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate ability to achieve team sales goals.
- Interview, hire, and train new store employees
- Monitor the performance of existing retail sales staff
- Assign and assist store sales staff on duties, including tagging, pricing, product placement, et al Confirm that pricing and tagging has been completed
- Prepare sales staff schedules, performance reviews, ensure sufficient staff for all shifts
- Assist team with training and product knowledge, package deals and closing sales
- Review all sales invoices and daily transactions for accuracy
- Monitoring flow of inventory coming onto the showroom floor
- Answer complex questions and resolve complaints that other sales staff are unable to solve to the customer's satisfaction
- Motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service, improve efficiency, meet targets
- Understanding of how a retail floor experience takes place.

**You be You**
- Sales experience would be a plus.
- Dynamic personality
- The ability to provide extraordinary team/customer experiences
- Energetic, professional and driven.
- Demonstrate creativity and ability to execute/maintain tasks -Daily, weekly, monthly.
- Proven record of managerial proficiency.
- Responsible and dependable.
- Pro-active and solution-oriented.
- Excellent team player and ability to work independently.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
