**Store Manager**

About us:
Mr. Tubbs Ice Cream Parlor has its history of nearly thirty years. With 48 flavors ice creams and a room of video games, it is a place creates memories for thousands of kids and families. We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and lead the team.

What you will be doing
- Manage a team of employees including but not limited to recruiting, scheduling, training, day-to-day assignment of task including cleaning, processing orders.
- Motivate and inspire the team through a strong store presence and consistently lead by example. Maintain an overview of all Employee Relations responsibilities in the store to ensure a positive work environment.
- Supervise and measure overall store performance with a thorough understanding to report issues, performance results, opportunities, and challenges, along with recommendations for improvement, collaborating with the business owner.
- Business Results coordinate efforts of store staff to achieve targeted results on promotions and social media impacts.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team and constantly evaluating our systems and procedures for effectiveness
- Teamwork with co-workers providing excellent customer service, including front desk tasks and demonstrating some game play tutorials
- Diligently and consistently implement daily store opening and closing duties.

What we would like to see you have
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Demonstrate outstanding, leadership capabilities, and contribute to the overall store concept by bringing plenty of energy, enthusiasm, passion and strong communication skills
- Excellent and creative marketing skills or experience, digitally or any styles
- Possess outgoing and friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work as scheduled to meet attendance requirements, which include weekends and evenings
- Show initiative in all aspects of the role.
- Outstanding goal-setting & planning skills.
- 100% focus on your time on how to bring business incentive during working shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC V8Z 4H3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
