**Position: Store Operations Associate**
- _Location: Downtown Victoria, Harris Green Village_
- _Expected Start Date: January 2025_

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Assist with shipping, packaging, and printing needs.
- Operate and maintain printing and shipping equipment.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Answer customer calls and provide accurate shipping and packing quotes
- Move parcels as part of shipping and receiving, with most being light and small
- Organize and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and office equipment skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

**Important Information About the Position**

3-Month Probation Period: All new hires will undergo a 3-month probation period to evaluate suitability for the role. Successful completion confirms eligibility for health benefits (for full-time employees only), full-time status where applicable, and a wage review.

**Availability**:
Monday to Friday; Full time or part-time

**Full-Time Policy**:

Wearing the provided uniform is mandatory when coming to work to maintain a professional appearance and represent our brand.
