We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage time will be crucial in creating a positive shopping experience. This position requires a blend of customer service skills, technical knowledge, and sales acumen.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and payment processing.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to customers, enhancing their understanding of products.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism, aiming for resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills through effective phone etiquette when addressing customer queries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining inventory and merchandising standards.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
