**Who We’re Looking For**:
We’re hiring **Installation Assistants** with a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceeding expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install fences and decks according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Work with your team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail on every installation.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving on job sites.
- Experience in **construction, landscaping**, or the **fence/deck industry** is preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively within a team.
- A self-motivated attitude—able to work independently when necessary.
- A commitment to exceeding **customer expectations** and maintaining **quality standards**.
- Flexibility to work **Monday through Friday**, with the ability to adjust to varying hours based on project needs.
- Comfort working in a **physical, outdoor environment**—on your feet and ready to tackle the day’s challenges.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Reliable** and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of outdoor work.
- **Valid G or G2 Driver’s Licence** with a clear driver’s abstract.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Additional pay:
