**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Trail Staa, who will liaise with the community. This role is essential in providing support and guidance to participants in outdoor activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. The Trail Staff will engage with participants, educate them about the environment, and foster a sense of community while promoting outdoor exploration.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise groups during outdoor activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Educate participants on environmental conservation and the importance of preserving natural habitats.
- Collect data related to participant experiences and environmental impact for program improvement.
- Manage projects related to trail maintenance and enhancement, collaborating with other team members.
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote programs and recruit new participants.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials to attract a diverse audience.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling events and maintaining records.

**Qualifications**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Experience in data collection and analysis to inform program decisions.
- Excellent public speaking skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
- Proven project management abilities to oversee various initiatives effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote outdoor programs is a plus.
- Experience in recruiting volunteers or participants for programs is desirable.
- Ability to educate others about outdoor activities and environmental stewardship.
- Strong supervisory skills to manage staff or volunteers during events.
