Fundraising Coordinator

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and grant-making organizations.
- Organize fundraising events, including galas, charity drives, and community initiatives, to increase donor engagement.
- Develop strategic partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and foundations to secure sponsorships and in-kind donations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create fundraising materials, social media campaigns, and donor appreciation content.
- Track fundraising progress, donor contributions, and campaign effectiveness using donor management tools and CRM software.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, or nonprofit development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to plan and execute events and fundraising campaigns.
- Experience with CRM software and donor management tools is an asset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Passion for EmpowHERto’s mission and commitment to empowering young women.

This is a hybrid role

Time commitment: 10 hours/ week
