Fundraising Coordinator

**We are seeking a**Fundraising Coordinator to join our Toronto team.**

This position will work within the Fundraising team to provide essential assistance with the delivery of the Canadian strategy to increase income for Movember. This role will focus on the loyalty, retention, and the stewardship of supporters to drive growth in their allocated sectors. The Fundraising Coordinator will support the growth of revenue from both existing and new Movember supporters.

**This will be achieved by**:

- Overseeing the implementation of the fundraising strategy dedicated to retention and growth of our our mid-tier fundraising accounts, and supporting key strategic fundraising challenges (Energy, Construction and Quebec).
- Working collaboratively with fundraising counterparts; as well as with other Movember functions such as Marketing and Programs.

**For this role, you’ll need**:

- 3+ years experience in non-profit, fundraising or revenue generating roles.
- Has a track record of taking initiative, working independently and being resourceful
- Approaches challenges with creativity, pragmatism and innovation
- Excellent communication skills and calm demeanor
- Capable and confident in building trusting, collaborative and effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Solid organization skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several programs concurrently and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Proficient in research techniques and database management

**Desirable**:

- Experience using Salesforce and Asana
- French fluency
