DAILY ACTIVITIES:

- Customer service
- Answer phones & distribute messages to appropriate personnel
- Order taking
- High volume invoicing on Sage 50 Quantum Accounting system
- Review customer invoices for accuracy
- Establish positive report with customers
- General office duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Works well under pressure
- Good communication & organization skills
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- Ability to learn quickly

*Ability to work alone if needed
- Reliable
- Attention to detail

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Additional pay:
