**Ashirwad Fine Foods Ltd**, is looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

Ashirwad Fine Foods Ltd, is a dynamic and rapidly growing Frozen Food company specializing in high-quality flash-frozen vegetables and veg-frozen-ready meals. We are committed to delivering fresh and delicious options to our customers. As we expand our reach, we are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team and represent our brand at grocery stores/markets and restaurants.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**:

- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiation.
- Generate new customer and reach out to customer through cold calling and by visiting in-person.
- Take orders daily from existing customer and new customer.
- Manage and develop an existing book of business or keep a orders record.
- Communicate a strong understanding of the products and services we provide to our clients.
- Monitors customer payments and ensures that customers’ payments and credit are in good standing.
- Make regular sales calls to the territory customer base, providing excellent quality service.
- Ability to negotiate and close contracts.
- Experience with Word, Excel and basic CRM concepts.

**Sales and Customer Engagement**:
Actively engage with customers to promote and sell our high-quality flash-frozen foods.

Provide product knowledge and answer inquiries about ingredients, sourcing, and benefits.

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building.

**Relationship Building**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers. This includes providing good customer service to our customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies for events.

**Physical Requirements**:
Must be able to occasionally lift items when setting up and taking down while delivering.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a food service or related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge and passion for quality frozen food products.
- Availability for both full-time and part-time positions.

**Experience**:
Sales: 2 year+ (preferred)

Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English
- Hindi
- Punjabi (preferred)

**License/Certification**:
Class 5 License (required)

**Must be: Permanent Residence in Canada**

Pay: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Casual dress

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
