Our signature spaces, events, programmes, and teams serve to act as a connection point for Western students, faculty, staff, and alumni, as well as for external businesses, government, and organizations. **Responsibilities**: PURPOSE OF ROLE: Reporting to the Manager of Fan & Stakeholder Engagement, the Game Day Box Office Associate is responsible for serving customers at the highest-level during Mustangs games. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries - Assist patrons with ticket questions and purchases - Perform opening and closing duties at your box office station - Operate ticket system to print tickets and process payments - Operate POS debit/credit machine, handle cash accurately - Keep workstation and equipment clean and organized - Complete ticket reconciliation and deposit form - Ability to work evening and weekends - Perform other tasks as required MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to take direction and work cooperatively - Ability to work in a detail-oriented environment - Friendly personality and customer service skills EXPERIENCE: - Experience in retail sales/cash handling **Why Western?**: **Background Checks**: Please note, successful applicants may be required to produce current record check(s) (e.g. vulnerable sector, criminal record and police information) from a police service prior to commencing employment.
