Responsibilities

- By proactively collaborating with the game team, enable them to make data driven decisions through data analysis

- Build statistical models to analyse user behaviour, predict future developments and automate processes

- Forecast game’s performance and collaborate with the game team in order to refine said forecast, overseeing its feasibility, accuracy and correct reporting

- Estimate the impact of new features and analyse retargeting, reactivation, AB tests, CRM activities

- Look into various aspects of user behaviour, e.g. churn, conversion, LTV

- Work with the marketing team to test and optimise retargeting/reactivation campaigns

- Consult with other game analysts to identify analytical opportunities across all our games, fostering collaborative culture

Requirements

- A proven track record of Game Analytics working on free to play games

- Analysis has led to tangible and quantifiable improvements in the games you worked on

- Experienced with AB testing and data‑driven decision making

- Proficiency with SQL, Python & Excel

- Excellent visualization, presentation and communication skills

- Fast learner, comfortable in agile and fast‑paced environment

Bonus Points

- Experience with statistical and ML model creation and deployment

- Experience in regular game performance forecasting for FP&A purposes

- Experience/exposure to marketing & Performance marketing analytics

- Experience using tools such as Amplitude, Tableau or Looker
