We are looking for a dynamic leader to work in our Vancouver location. Our products include electric bikes, electric scooters, paddle boards, and kayaks. Come and work at the coolest most electrifying bike shop in BC selling some of the highest quality electric bikes on the market
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Opening/closing shop duties
- Inside sales (both B2C and B2B sales of e-bikes, e-scooters, e-skateboards, paddle boards, and kayaks)
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service
- Assess customers needs/wants and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Consistently achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- General small mechanic bike repairs
- Serve as a representative at trade shows as needed
- Team player who works well supervised and unsupervised
- Punctual, hard working, fun and outgoing personality
**5 years of sales experience is required.**
**5 years of leadership experience is required.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
