**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate financing options that meet customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards within the dealership environment and omvic.
- Provide and offer every finance and insurance product available to customers and up sell at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding financing options.
- Ensure all paperwork is fully completed properly before turning into to GSM.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management or a similar role within the financial services or dealership industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Assisting customers with vehicle financing/leasing, explaining and selling optional products like extended warranties, aftermarket products, etc., and ensuring all transactions comply with regulations.
- Provide and sell both OEM and Internal Insurance Products by dealership.

Pay: $95,000.00-$200,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
