**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Utilize existing Automated replenishment system (prism) to maintain productive stock levels
- Buy weekly promotional checklists (tab and rebuy) to create sales growth through promotional traffic.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage stock replenishment and resolve any discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Train and supervise inventory staff, providing guidance on best practices in inventory management.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, including turnover rates, stock levels, and discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role in supply chain or retail management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices is preferred.
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
