Maxx North America Services, Water Management Solutions Division, is looking to hire a motivated, capable and dynamic Project Coordinator. This opportunity represents a compelling career challenge for someone looking to get in on the ground floor with a growing company that has a strong leadership team based in Edmonton.

The role is based in Edmonton, Alberta with travel to Maxx’s project sites across Western Canada.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review tender documents and estimates for RFP/RFQ supplied by clients.
- Organize the field crews and equipment as required for each project.
- Confirm safety and client certifications for field staff for each project based on client requirements.
- Confirm equipment that will be used on the project and that it is serviced and reliable.
- Plan and organize all subcontractors for each project.
- Create purchase orders and send to vendors with Terms and Conditions.
- Act as primary liaison with site supervisors and subcontractors.
- Manage daily field tickets and invoices from vendors.
- Report daily production to the Division Manager.
- Communicate HSE issues to the Division Manager.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 2 - 5 years of experience in a project coordinator role.
- PMP designation or similar certification is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with water management related work including but not limited to:

- Water transfer for fracking
- Site dewatering
- River diversions
- Sewer bypass
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude is a MUST.
