We are seeking a dynamic Physiotherapy Clinic Manager to join our healthcare team We are a busy multidisciplinary clinic that has been in business for 15 years. We recently moved to a brand new location

*Responsibilities*
- Oversee the daily operations of the physiotherapy clinic
- Billing, direct billing, payroll, accounts receivable.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures as needed
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of physiotherapy, massage or athletic therapy sessions
- Supervise and provide guidance to support staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Monitor departmental budget and expenses

*Requirements*
- Friendly and welcoming. The clinic manager is the heart and soul of the business.
- Experience working in a medical office or hospital setting is an asset.
- Comfortable with billing procedures, reconciling payments, clearing accounts receivables and payroll.
- Previous experience using excel, word and google drive.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records is an asset.
- Previous experience with a healthcare software system is an asset
- Strong supervisory skills with experience managing a team
- Ability to handle human resources-related tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
