As our **Data Entry Assistant**, you’ll play a key role in helping us transition from a paper-based filing system to a fully digital one. Your main task will be to scan, organize, and file documents into a shared drive system. There may also be occasional light office duties such as answering phones or helping with general tasks as they arise.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Scanning and organizing membership files into a digital folder structure
- Naming and categorizing documents accurately and consistently
- Assisting with decisions around file retention and organization
- Supporting the office team with occasional other administrative tasks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A student available to work **Wednesdays to Fridays from 9 AM - 5 PM**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow file naming conventions
- Comfortable working independently and staying organized
- Basic computer skills (familiarity with file systems, scanning, etc.)
- Friendly, professional demeanor for occasional phone support

**Job Details**:

- **Start Date**: Interviews begin June 10th
- **Pay**: Minimum wage (Ontario student rate)
- **Location**: Lindsay, ON (in-office position)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
