Sales Operations Specialist

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
This role supports local operational and sales activities to help drive efficiencies and corporate compliance. This position collaborates with all internal departments to ensure smooth and effective sales/project support from initial set-up, through to delivery, supporting the sales cycle and guiding operational processes within the organization.
**RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES**:
- Works with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to input and execute all order processing responsibilities.
- Ensure receipt and completeness of client documentation to ensure timely billing (signed contract, PO, internal approvals, etc.)
- Creates projects and assigns resources in CRM to enable time entry and project tracking
- Ensures accuracy of project information (products, project start and end dates, resources)
- Liaises with all internal departments to help monitor the sales pipeline to ensure consistency, accuracy and tracking of scheduled deliveries
- Processes new user CRM license requests. Assists new and existing users as required to resolve any system related issues by working with the global IT Support team.
- Provides guidance and training to new and existing users on CRM functionality and operational compliance
- Other tasks and special projects of an administrative nature as required
**Minimum Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required**:
- 2-5 years of experience working in sales/project administration/customer service environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (specifically Excel) and Internet Tools
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software an asset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, communication and execution skills.
- Demonstrated success in using problem-solving skills to provide excellent customer service to all internal departments
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment, preferably involving teams support and customer engagement.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, multi-task, and work independently and within a team environment

**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**:
Ce rôle supporte les activités opérationnelles et ventes locales afin d’aider à améliorer l'efficacité et la conformité de l'entreprise. Ce poste offre une collaboration à tous les départements internes pour assurer un soutien assidu et efficace aux ventes/projets, de la configuration initiale à la livraison, en soutenant le cycle de vente et en guidant les processus opérationnels au sein de l'organisation.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
- Travaille avec le système de gestion de la relation client (CRM) afin de saisir et exécuter toutes les responsabilités de traitement des commandes
- S'assure de la réception et de l'exhaustivité de la documentation du client afin d’assurer une facturation périodique adéquate (contrat signé, bon de commande, approbations internes, etc.)
- Crée des projets et affecte des ressources dans CRM afin de permettre la saisie du temps et le suivi des projets
- S'assure de l'exactitude des informations du projet (produits, dates de début et de fin du projet, ressources)
- Assure la liaison avec tous les départements internes pour assurer la surveillance du processus des ventes afin d'assurer la cohérence, l'exactitude et le suivi des livraisons prévues
- Traite les demandes de licence CRM des nouveaux utilisateurs. Aide au besoin les utilisateurs, nouveaux et existants, à résoudre tout problème lié au système en travaillant avec l'équipe mondiale de support informatique
- Offre conseil et formation aux utilisateurs, nouveaux et existants, sur la fonctionnalité CRM et la conformité opérationnelle
- Autres tâches et projets spéciaux de nature administrative selon les besoins
**Expérience mínimale et connaissances spécialisées requises**:
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de vente/administration de projets/service à la clientèle
- Connaissance de Salesforce ou d'un autre logiciel CRM un atout
- Souci du détail et solides compétences en matière d'organisation, de communication et d'exécution
- Compétence en résolution de problèmes afin de fournir un excellent service à tous les départements internes
