We are looking for a Clerical Assistant who will work with cross-functional teams in maintaining office operations by performing a variety of clerical duties. This position will work onsite from the Mississauga Office.

**Core Responsibilities**(_include but not limited too other reasonable tasks_)
- Respond to general inquiries
- Assist coworkers with their tasks when required
- Coordinates and/or prepares information for internal usage and distribution.
- Maintain and update department policies and procedures.
- Any other clerical responsibilities that may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- A high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent is required.
- Six months of office support /clerical experience is required
- Working knowledge of desktop tools and upcoming technology.
- Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, fundamental research, and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to enter data accurately and quickly.
- Must be able to work independently and take initiative.
- Must be adaptable and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Work ONSITE - Mississauga Office, but also maybe able to work from home a few days a week
