**Role Summary**: As one of our P/T Receptionists, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers—both in person and over the phone. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, supporting the accounting department, and maintaining a positive, professional and organized front office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors and customers in a warm, professional manner
- Answer and **direct incoming calls** with professionalism
- **Process payments, refunds, issue receipts**, and handle basic financial transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive, Excel
- Perform **administrative duties** including filing and maintain customer lounge/coffee areas
- Being a **reliable and punctual** team player
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-player attitude
- Able to multitask under pressure
- Shift flexibility is always a PLUS

**Current Schedule**:

- **Monday/Tuesday/Thursday**: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- **Sundays**: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Opportunity for extra shifts based on availability
