Sherwood Honda is looking for a part time receptionist that wants hours after school/University and on weekends. You need to be able to handle customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Below is a short job Description but we are looking for a person that enjoys customers and dealing with a busy switchboard. (1) Approved Job Title: Part-Time Switchboard/Receptionist Department: Administration Department Division/Area: New Vehicle Showroom Reports To: Office Manager

(2) Basic Function: To answer all telephone inquiries in a friendly, courteous manner, directing caller to appropriate receiver. Takes messages when necessary.

(3) Major Duties: a) Opens switchboard b) Answers all inquiries promptly in a courteous manner c) Distributes calls to appropriate person d) Takes messages, placing them in each recipient's message slot e) Types vehicle quotes and letters as requested f) Assists and Greets when necessary for customer greeting g) Directs customers to appropriate departments and/or personnel h) Records all in/outs of sales staff and Department Manager i) Weekends and night work required j) Performs other related duties

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
