**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage for inventory management tasks.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions related to inventory purchases.
- Perform account analysis to assess inventory costs and financial implications.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline inventory processes and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
- Assist in payroll processing.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) is preferred.
- Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an inventory or accounting clerk role is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.
