**Summary**

We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team at Lockwood Industries. This role is vital in overseeing production processes and ensuring efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards. The Production Manager will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for timely material availability.
- Utilize MRP systems to plan production schedules effectively.
- Lead and mentor production staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on new product development and fabrication processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
