**Position Summary**:

**Duties**:

- Manage day to day logistics of all tradeshows:

- Coordinate all conference details including: staff, orders/shipments, literature and product needs, on-site services and hotel accommodations.
- Manage portable program and shipments of all tradeshow assets.
- Coordinate repairs and updates to tradeshow assets when needed.
- Distribute leads to appropriate sales team member for follow up.
- Manage PO order entry for check requests.
- Work closely with cross functional members to manage routing approval proces of all marketing collateral and website content.
- Manage print vendor relationships:

- Facilitate PO/invoice submission and payment process.
- Coordinate print quotes, proofs and approval from marketing communications team members.
- Responsible for supporting the concept, development and execution of print materials.
- Duties as assigned.

**Education Degree**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communication

**Required Experience**:

- 1-2 years of event/tradeshow planning experience.
- 2-4 years of marketing communications / project management experience.
- Excellent personal written and verbal communication skills.
- Event/tradeshow planning experience required.
- Experience with project management.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals and enforce deadlines, while maintaining flexibility to reassess and re-prioritize.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Bilingual (French/English) preferred.
