**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries and determine full scope of client needs regarding product solutions, pricing, and potential delivery dates
- Collaborate with external sales force to determine if field sales are required
- Maintain positive interaction with clients
- Pursue creative solutions to customers’ issues
- Document interaction with clients effectively
- Oversee returns, warranty claims and customer complaints
- Follow up on services provided, including Installation and service
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (order desk, customer service, project management)
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field is an asset
- Effective multi-tasker with a strong customer service orientation
- Capable using Microsoft Office including Excel, Work, Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly effective written and spoken communication in English
