**Overview**
TurtleCreek Landscaping is looking for skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join our team for the winter season. We are a year-round, full-service property maintenance company that provides snow removal and de-icing for commercial, institutional and municipal properties in and around the Halton Hills area. If you have experience operating tractors, front-end loaders, or skid steers and are passionate about working in a dynamic and safety-focused environment, we want to hear from you Please note your years of experience with each or any of the machines listed.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently to complete projects on time.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is in top condition.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work site.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience operating tractors, front-end loaders, or skid steers.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to equipment operation.
- Ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when necessary.

**Experience Required**:

- Machine operations (1 year minimum)
