**Position Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing or Proposal Coordinator to support our company’s growth. This role will work closely with our management team and sales group to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.

**Job Duties**:

- Assist in the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our marketing strategy
- Analyze SEO data and support efforts to improve organic search performance
- Develop and manage a social media strategy across platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Coordinate and schedule blog and content posts
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for content creation and design
- Automate select marketing and sales processes
- Provide administrative and strategic support to the outside sales team

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Hubspot Experience is an asset
