We’re looking for a **Marketing and Proposal Specialist** to join our collaborative corporate marketing team in North Vancouver, BC. This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting proposal development, marketing initiatives, and strategic communication across our offices in North America.

**What You’ll Do**:
As a key member of our team, you’ll help lead the end-to-end development of winning proposals and contribute to internal and external marketing efforts. Your work will support NHC’s visibility, business development, and brand growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring bid opportunities and manage proposal planning and coordination (RFPs, RFQs, SOQs, SF330s)
- Executing NHC’s 8-step proposal process and ensure timely, compliant submissions
- Designing and producing high-quality proposal materials using Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
- Maintaining and updating CRM opportunity records, resumes, and project descriptions
- Collaborating on interview presentations and debriefs to support continuous improvement
- Creating marketing collateral, brochures, award submissions, and internal/external videos
- Contributing to NHC’s digital presence, including website and intranet content
- Supporting social media planning and content development
- Coordinating business development events and conference materials

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-5 years of relevant proposal and marketing experience, preferably in engineering, environmental, architecture, or construction industries
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and follow structured processes across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
