**Mott MacDonald’s business is growing** We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator to support the development and coordination of complex proposals to win highly competitive projects. The primary responsibilities will involve adhering to best practices and processes to assess and formulate a plan for coordination with team members and technical staff from the initial request to the final submission and presentation. This individual will have exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing abilities, and strong coordination skills and have talent for proposal layout and the ability to assist with production for final delivery.
- Handle multiple projects at one time while adhering to strict demands and deadlines.
- Take ownership of each project/proposal and evaluate and develop a plan to respond based on the requirements.
- Schedule and lead meetings with technical staff to identify key win themes and define responsibilities to produce a responsive compelling submission.
- Identify visually appealing graphics and provide design layouts to simplify complex technical text.
- Conduct research, write, proofread, edit, and create concepts to develop compliant and compelling proposals.
- Lead or support final review meetings to verify that compliance and win themes are communicated throughout all sections of the proposal.
- Participate in quality assurance checks for consistency and accuracy, delivering final documents within designated timelines.
- Produce proposals in alignment with brand standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with technical staff and prospective teaming partners to promote effective communication and cohesive partnerships.
- 1-4 years experience in proposal development and production with a strong preference for experience in the AEC industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills, including editing and proofreading abilities.
- Enthusiasm for being part of a talented growing team.
- Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical and general business skills, and the ability to quickly and accurately process information.
- Ability to thrive well under the pressure, managing multiple deadlines and projects effectively.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with senior technical staff, management, and external parties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

In compliance with the B.C. Pay Transparency Act, the expected salary range is from $62,000 - $76,000
