CWS Logistics is seeking the services of a results driven Customer Service Operation Supervisor to join our team.

CWS is a privately held 3rd party warehouse, packaging and transportation company servicing manufacturers and distributors within the agricultural industry.

**The requirements**

**The responsibilities**
- Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and providing regular performance related feedback.
- Collaborating with departments to ensure the successful execution of client orders.
- Keyholder and closer of the department.
- Execution and monitoring of corporate inventory management strategy.
- Seeking answers to all customer questions.
- Handle and assist all issues that cannot be resolved by customer service representatives.
- Continually learn and seek new or more efficient process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $1.00 per year
