**Job Summary**

Other key responsibilities in addition to sales will include customer service and data entry, including order processing, invoicing and account management.

**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**:

- General communication with customers regarding sales transactions (ETA, shipment and etc).
- Managing all customer inquiries and providing prompt responses, including quotes and pricing.
- Timely and regular follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Monitor customer credit line/AR to ensure all orders are arranged on-time.
- Liaise with Manufacturing Department to co-ordinate delivery/pick-up dates and communicate same to customers.
- Data entry, including sales order processing, invoicing, and other daily procedures.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Education related to Engineering, Architectural Technology, Business Administration or **relevant work experience in the roofing or building sector.**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills in dealing with internal and external customers.
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills and **excellent data entry with experience with invoicing or accounts receivable.**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft suite, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- **Proficient in spoken and written English is a must;**

**Additional Assets (not required)**:

- Knowledge of construction industry and building codes;
- **Experience with windows, doors, roofing or skylights;**:

- Portuguese, Spanish or Italian language fluency;
**Salary**:$20.00-$23.00 per hour according to experience.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, in person.

**Job Location**: Woodbridge, ON

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
