**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- In the absence of the department head, Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in the development and implementation cleaning schedules and procedures for staff to follow.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel environment.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and inventory usage.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a housekeeping supervision role or similar position within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $21.66-$26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
