**Job Title**:Housekeeping Supervisor 1

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Building Services Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor is a working
supervisor that supervise housekeeping, janitors and laundry and performs housekeeping and
janitor duties.

**Qualifications**:Grade 12 plus two years recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education,training and experience. Graduation from a recognized Building Services program. Experience in supervision plus three year’s recent, related work experience as janitor, housekeeper and laundry worker.

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
- Ability to operate related equipment.
- Ability to supervise.
- Ability to organize work.
- Aptitude to use computer software related to building services.

Pay: $27.56 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
