Pickering, Canada Aspect Retail Logistics Full time

Previous experience working in general maintenance, preferably in a warehouse environment.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision to meet deadlines.
- Able to assist skilled trades with routine maintenance and projects requests as required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs and should be in overall good physical health
- Able of general painting, minor drywall and wood trim repairs.
- Comfortable operating material handling equipment (in house training provided)
- Ability to comply with relevant safety procedures, company policies and procedures.
- Ability to perform any other related general maintenance duties as required or assigned
- Ability to multitask and juggle a variety of appointments and requests at one time
- Ability to work in various different areas of the building and perform many different functions to keep the building in good standing
- Ability to communicate any issues or problems to supervisor/manager while also being able to work with other staff members to get a particular job completed
- Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner and be able to prioritize important work
- Preference will be given to individuals with hand/power tool experience.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $21.00 per hour
