**Position Summary**:
The Sr Specialist, Environment helps develop, drive and sustain a comprehensive Environmental program that ensures regulatory compliance as well as overseeing the operation and maintenance of the Waste Water Treatment Plan and any other system or equipment related to environment management. Primary responsibilities for role:Develop and implement the regulatory compliance program including completion of regulatory requirements
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the WWTP neutralization equipment
- Assist with the development and implementation of the Environmental training program
- Monitor and report Environmental KPI'sIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement toward environmental goals
- Participate in internal and external Environmental audits
- Communicate and train any new compliance obligations that could affect other departments
- Assist with maintaining Environmental database for corrective action tracking
- Conduct incident investigations as needed
- Maintain current required training Qualifications required:
- Must have excellent leadership and influencing skills;
- Demonstrated problem solving and program management skills;
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Results drive with a passion for safety
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and excel in dynamic working teams;
- Computer proficiency (e.g. advanced SharePoint and Excel);
- DEP, DEC, Bachelors’ Degree or any combination of diplomas and experience in related field;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Environmental, preferably in a Biotech/Pharma manufacturing environment;
- Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements.

Le Spécialiste Environnement aide à développer, piloter et maintenir les programmes environnementaux qui assure la conformité réglementaire, il est responsable des opérations et la maintenance des systèmes de traitement des eaux usées et de tout autre système ou équipement lié à la gestion de l’environnement. Responsabilités principales:
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le programme de conformité réglementaire, y compris l’achèvement des exigences réglementaires ;
- Superviser le fonctionnement et l’entretien des systèmes de traitement des eaux usées ;
- Aider au développement et è la mise en œuvre du programme de formation environnementale ;
- Gérer les rapports et KPI environnementaux ;
- Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration continue pour atteindre les objectifs environnementaux ;
- Participer aux audits environnementaux internes et externes ;
- Communiquer et fournir la formation pour toute nouvelle obligation de conformité qui pourrait affecter d’autres départements ;
- Aider à maintenir la base de données environnementale pour le suivi des actions correctives ;
- Mener des enquêtes sur les incidents au besoin ;
- Maintenir à jour la formation requise. Qualifications:
- Doit avoir d’excellentes compétences en leadership et en influence ;
- Compétences démontrées en résolution de problèmes et en gestion de programme ;
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en présentation et en relations interpersonnelles ;
- Recherche de résultats avec une passion pour la sécurité ;
- Capacité de travailler avec un minimum de de supervision et d’exceller dans des équipes de travail dynamiques ;
- Maîtrise de l’informatique (p.e. SharePoint, Excel avancés, SAP un atout) ;
- DEP, DEC, Baccalauréat ou toute combinaison de diplômes et d’expérience dans un domaine connexe ;
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en environnement, de préférence dans un environnement règlementé ;
- Selon le domaine d’affectation, une expérience directement liée ou une combinaison d’études et d’expérience et/ou de compétences directement liées peut être considérée au lieu au lieu des exigences énoncées.
