Job Overview:
**Type of position**: Permanent Full-time (35 h/w)

** Salary**: $50,996 - $94,203 per year according to years of experience.

The administrative processes specialist has the status of project manager and is an expert in review, analysis, evaluation and process development methodology. He works with all sectors of his Department to assist them in their process optimization discussions and other continuous improvement projects for EH-SD, security and emergency measures. He is a facilitator of continuous improvement and EH-SD, security and emergency measures. It accompanies and supports its customers by setting up training, workshops or adapted tools. It contributes to improving the way things are done in its sector of activity by proposing effective and efficient solutions aligned with best practices. He plays an advisory role for the management of the documentary system and the development/revision of policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
**Environmental health and sustainable development**

Part A: Continuous improvement of the processes and activities of its management

- Collaborate in the implementation of the management's tactical plan and its implementation;
- Identify the needs of the sectors in which it is involved;
- Plan, organize, implement and monitor to improve a process or procedure;
- Participate in data collection and analysis with the project team of the situation to be improved;
- Support teams when considering process optimization using the appropriate methodology (e.g. Kaizen workshops), as well as for the optimal use of quality management information;
- Accompany and support the various teams involved in carrying out their activities using best practices;
- Lead meetings and be a facilitator in the continuous improvement process;
- Participate in the development of an action plan as well as planning of deliverables according to the principles of DST project management;
- Create and participate in the implementation of management and reporting tools that meet the needs of its sector of activity or its clients;
- Ensure the updating and improvement of management indicators under the responsibility of its sector of activity;
- Encourage the contribution of other members of the organization.

Part B: Deployment of the environmental health and sustainable development approach

- Act as a multiplier agent of the EH-SD approach within the DST and also in all the directions of the Shriners Children's Hospital;
- Participate in the implementation of the EH-SD action plan of the Shriners Hospital for Children;
- Coordinate the activities of the EH-SD subcommittees and lead work meetings as needed;
- Support the teams concerned in planning and carrying out projects;
- Promote links and coordination between the different stakeholders including external partners;
- Participate in fundraising and documentary/information monitoring for environmental health and sustainable development (best practices and innovative projects);
- Ensure the monitoring of indicators for the achievement of objectives and the achievement of targets specific to the EH-SD and collaborate in reporting to government authorities;
- Contribute to the development of tools and activities supporting the implementation of a culture of environmental health and sustainable development promoting a participatory approach among Shriners Hospital for Children staff;

Part C: Accreditation/certification procedures and document management

- Collaborate in the implementation of accreditation and certification processes for the DST and
