If this sounds like you, then come join our award-winning team of Customer Experience Agents as we act as the extension of funeral homes across North America Help us assist callers as much as possible by providing service times, directions and taking general information to pass on to our clients.

**Salary**:$16.42 per hour

**Shifts Offered**:

- Full Time (40 hours) work week and Part Time (under 30 hours) work week
- Various Shifts available
- You must be available to work evenings, a weekend shift, and holidays

**The Skills and Qualifications we look for are**:

- Ability to exude empathy and compassion for others in sensitive situations
- Use professional phone voice communicating customer care and concern.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar and diction.
- Demonstrated active-listening skills to gain client information and ability to ask appropriate questions.
- Demonstrated accurate and fast typing skills.
- Use PC/computer skills in the Microsoft Windows environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
