To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cashier who is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Japanese to join our team.

As a Cashier, you will be an integral part of our front-line team, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient cash transactions while delivering outstanding service to our customers. Your fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Japanese will be essential in communicating effectively with our diverse customer base, creating a welcoming environment for all.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and provide them with an excellent shopping experience.
- Scan and process items accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and refunds professionally and in a timely manner.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product information as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring it is well-stocked with bags and other essential supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of customers and minimize wait times.
- Promote and participate in store promotions, loyalty programs, and sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, store policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 27 - 36 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Work days:

- Every Weekend
