- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CEO to spearhead our manufacturing and wholesale operations to Canada and US.
- **Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
Key duties and responsibilities include:
1. Gain a thorough understanding of fire door products and establish a new factory in Metro Vancouver: Strategically position GH products and devise an assembly line, spanning from rough shape cutting, pressing, bending, bonding, welding, to prime painting. Precisely procure equipment that aligns with manufacturing capacity and ensures seamless operations throughout the entire process.

2. Authorize and coordinate the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions. Oversee the recruitment of middle managers, directors, and other executive personnel locally.

3. Systematically train the local management team, ensuring each member attains the same level of skill as those in the manufacturing industry.

4. Oversee, allocate resources, communicate effectively, and maintain control over the factory setup process, ensuring exceptional execution.

5. Evaluate and manage risks adeptly amidst uncertainties and challenges encountered during expansion.

6. Uphold high ethical standards and integrity to foster trust and credibility within the organization.
- **Employment requirements**

Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. **Educational Background**: Holders of one of the following diplomas are mandatory:
(1)Master of Business Administration

(2)Master of Engineering

(3)Master of Finance

2. **Work Experience**: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience. Additionally, experience in fire door manufacturing, procurement of fire doors for real estate developers, and corporate financing are all required. A minimum of 3-5 year senior management experience in manufacturing, construction or real estate development company. A total of 5-8 years of management experience preferred. Please keep the 1 year fire safety doors and frames management experience or equivalent knowledge.

3. **Global Perspective**: A robust understanding of the current fire door market in developed countries such as the US and Canada, as well as in developing countries like China, the Philippines, and the Middle East.

Preferences**:Language Skills**: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
